Barrachandroman is situated on the shore of large sea loch, Loch Spelve. it is surrounded by mountains and wonderful countryside and in a secluded situation.The Farmhouse is an old building dating from the 1600's which has been extended and modernised to retain its original features and character and it graded 4 stars with Visit Scotland. It stands in large gardens with plenty of parking space. In the garden there is a barbeque and tables and chairs. The house sleeps eight with four bedrooms - one double, two twin and one bunk bedded room accessed via two staircases. Downstairs there is a fully fitted kitchen with oil fired Aga, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, breadmaker and other appliances and table and benches. The sitting room has an open fire,. TV , CD player.There is an attractive dining room sitting eight. A sun lounge with chairs, DVD and video player with discs and tapes. There is a bathroom, shower room with toilet and also separate toilet. Pets are very welcome (no charge). Also included are bikes, a rowing boat on Loch Spelve and a Canadian canoe.This is an ideal location for walking, wildlife and birds - otters, sea and golden eagles and deer.Everything needed is provided is included except your food and drinks. ARRIVALS MUST BE FROM SATURDAY FOR A SEVEN DAY PERIOD MARCH TO OCTOBER+ ONLY. PAYMENT IS CASH OR CHEQUE ONLYWe can provide B and B accommodation for up to 6 people for the 29th and 30th December at £100night for New Year booking

From Craignure take the road towards IonaBunessan. After 7 miles take left turn towards LochbuieCroggan. From Iona take the right turn to LochbuieCroggan at Ardchoil. After 4.5 miles at the end of Loch Spelve take left turn towards Croggan and we are 400 yds along the Croggan road. If using Satnav set for postcode PA63 6AH and we are 3.5 miles before the destination
